FARMfreshMIAMI was born of necessity. I was often dissatisfied with the quality and selection of organic produce found at the local grocery stores every week and wondered why, as South Floridians, we could not get better organic produce for less. I quickly realized that many of my friends and neighbors, often raising young families or just becoming increasingly more aware of and concerned about what was going into their bodies, felt the same way... and wanted to do something about it. We started our first group in Belle Meade in early 2009 and are now growing new groups everyday. We believe that everyone should buy their own produce from an organic buying club like ours, and never rely on the neighborhood grocery store for staple fruits and vegetables again. "The quality is far superior, the cost is less... there is just no reason to buy your produce any other way."
